Shipping costs are a bummer and I try to keep them low, yet safe.
Please find an overview of the various postage zones, estimated shipping times and costs below.
Each option includes a mail tracking number, so you know your package whereabouts at all times!!

Utrecht
Shipping time after production: 1-2 business days
FREE pick up or drop off with love

The Netherlands
Shipping time after production: 1-2 business days
€4,50 to a DHL Servicepoint
€7 delivery to your door

Europe (excluding UK sorry)
Shipping time after production: 4-12 business days
€15

Rest of the World
Shipping time after production: 8-15 business days
€26

Import Duties and Taxes
Please note that you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order.
In addition, some orders may experience delays at customs.
Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.
Please contact your local customs office for additional information.

General Shipping Info
Ready to ship items will come your way within 1-2 business days of ordering.
Most work however, is made to order, by me in my small Utrecht studio.
It takes time and care to create these pieces, so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for handmade items to ship.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email. 
Should you need something for a specific date though, please get in touch and I will do my best to help you!

Returns and Exchange
As almost all of my products are handmade and made to order, I unfortunately can't offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.
If you are at all unsure of your ring size, please visit a local jewellery store to be properly sized, they should be able to help you free of charge!
